naitive.work is a studio based in Dublin. We find the repetitive service work your team does despite being hired for something more valuable. Some of it a tool fixes this week, and we name it. The rest we take on: built, run, and answered for. You pay for the work that ships, not the seat it sits in.

What we do

Every engagement starts with The Assessment: a 60-minute conversation about where the time goes, then a report with five to seven prescriptions, each with the tool, the cost, and the hours it returns per week. Most of it you can implement yourself the same week.

Where the report finds work that's bigger than a tool, we build the fix, run it on our infrastructure, and measure the work it ships. Your team handles the exceptions. We charge a fixed fee for the build, then a monthly run fee that scales with volume.

What we believe

The answer to "we're drowning in repetitive work" used to be hire more people or buy more software. Hiring is expensive and slow. And software only helps if you know which of a thousand tools actually fits, which is exactly the research nobody has time to do.

Something changed in the last eighteen months. AI got good enough, in narrow, well-defined workflows, to do the work itself, not just help a person do it. The return gets filed. The account gets reconciled. The routine ticket gets answered. A person reviews and signs off.

It doesn't work everywhere yet. It works extremely well in workflows with clear inputs, clear outputs, and a tight band of right answers. That's the work we look for. Some of it comes back with a tool and ten minutes of setup; the work that's bigger than a tool, we take on ourselves.
