Found, fixed, answered for

We find the work that
doesn't need your team.

Your best people are buried in repetitive admin, filing, reconciling, onboarding, chasing. Some of it a tool fixes this week. The rest we fix for you, and answer for the work.

Is this you?

Five questions about the
most expensive work your team does.

If you answer yes to three or more, you have work that can be taken off your team's plate, better, faster, and at a fraction of what it costs you today.

Scoring chart showing five workflow tests passing
01
Is the same kind of work being done over and over, with different details each time?
Why it mattersSame shape every time means it can be handed off; only structural variation makes work hard to move.
02
Is your team, or someone you pay, already doing this work outside the strategic core?
Why it mattersIf it's already outsourced or buried in admin time, nobody thinks it's what makes you special, and it can move further out.
03
Is there a clear right answer, or a tight range of acceptable ones?
Why it mattersA return is correct or it isn't; the narrower the band of acceptable outputs, the easier the work is to hand over confidently.
04
Does your customer measure success by the outcome, not by the hours?
Why it mattersIf clients care that it's done right, not how long it took, you can change how it gets done without changing what they pay for.
05
Is the work expensive enough that doing it dramatically faster and cheaper would change your business?
Why it mattersIf it's a real cost centre, taking it off your team's plate moves the needle; if it's small, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
How we work

From "show me" to "it's handled."

It starts with the free five-minute audit, which finds your most expensive repeatable workflow. Most agencies sell builds and walk away; we find every hour worth reclaiming, build what's warranted, run it, and answer for the work.

Three-step timeline from the audit to compounding results
01 / Assess

The Assessment

Find the hours. Prescribe the fixes.
Credits 100% against any build

A 60-minute conversation about where your team's time actually goes. We come back with a report: five to seven prescriptions, each with the tool, the cost, the setup time, and the hours it returns, then walk it with you on a review call.

  • 60-minute discovery call, recorded
  • 5–7 prescriptions with costs and hours returned
  • 30-minute review call on the report
  • 5+ hours a week found, or the fee comes back
02 / Build

Build & Operate

We build the fix. We run it.
Fixed build fee · monthly run fee

Whatever the report prescribes beyond the quick wins, we build: a workflow taken on end to end, a knowledge system, an automation. It runs on our infrastructure, and your team handles the cases that need a human.

  • The fix built and shipped, whatever shape it takes
  • SLA on outcomes shipped
  • We answer for the work
  • Fixed build fee, then a monthly run fee
03 / Scale

Expand & Compound

One fix working, find the next.
Each fix faster than the last

Once the first fix is paying for itself, we look at the next workflow and the next. Each one lands faster than the last because we already understand your business. The compounding is the point.

  • Workflow #2 onwards
  • Faster every time (we know your stack)
  • Each fix compounds on the last
  • Quarterly business reviews
Why now

This wasn't possible eighteen months ago.

For years, the answer to "we're drowning in repetitive work" was either hire more people or buy more software. Hiring is expensive and slow. And software only helps if you know which of a thousand tools actually fits, which is exactly the research nobody has time to do.

Something changed in the last eighteen months. AI got good enough, in narrow, well-defined workflows, to do the work itself, not just help a person do it. The return gets filed. The account gets reconciled. The routine ticket gets answered. A person reviews and signs off.

It doesn't work everywhere yet. It works extremely well in workflows with clear inputs, clear outputs, and a tight band of right answers. That's the work we look for. Some of it comes back with a tool and ten minutes of setup; the work that's bigger than a tool, we take on ourselves.

Your most expensive workflow, named
in five minutes.

By voice or by text. Four follow-up questions, then your most absorbable workflow, scored, plus one tool to try this week.

No download. No sales call before you see the answer. When you want the full picture, five to seven prescriptions across the business, that's The Assessment.

Common questions

Most owners ask
the same things first.

Will this replace my team?
No. We take on the repetitive work your team currently does despite being hired for something more valuable. Your best people stop doing admin and start doing the work that's actually hard. In every business we look at, the bottleneck is rarely too few people, it's people doing the wrong work.
How is this different from buying AI software?
Sometimes off-the-shelf software is the right fix, and the report will name it; we take no commissions, so the prescription is honest. The difference is the work no tool can fix. That we don't hand back to you: we build the fix for your specific workflow, run it on our infrastructure, and you pay for the work it does. The work just gets done.
How do you charge?
The Assessment is €499, and it credits 100% against any build, so the moment you go further, the assessment was free. Builds are two numbers: a fixed fee for the build, then a monthly run fee to operate the agent. You're not paying for licenses, and you're not paying us to learn on the job.
What if my workflow isn't ready to be absorbed?
The assessment will tell you. Sometimes the answer is "not yet", the workflow needs to be cleaned up, standardised, or properly measured before it can be handed over. In that case, we'll tell you exactly what would need to change, and the report still hands you the quick wins in the meantime. We don't take build engagements where the answer isn't already clear.
