We don't sell software

We build the agents that do your work.

Your best people are buried in repetitive admin, filing, reconciling, onboarding, chasing. Expensive, slow work that doesn't need them. We find it and build an agent that does it instead.

The work we usually find on the first call
"Our admin team spends most of Monday chasing missing client documents."
Accounting practice · 18 staff
"Every new tenant takes us six hours of back-and-forth before they're set up."
Property management · 400 units
"Half our customer success team's week is just answering the same five questions."
B2B agency · 60 clients
"Our partners still review every routine filing because no one else can be trusted to."
Legal practice · 24 staff
Is this you?

Five questions about the most expensive work your team does.

If you answer yes to three or more, you have work that an agent can do, better, faster, and at a fraction of what it costs you today. Most service businesses don't realise where their money is going until they map it.

Scoring chart showing five workflow tests passing
01
Is the same kind of work being done over and over, with different details each time?
Why it mattersIf the work has the same shape every time, same checklist, same steps, same kinds of answers, an agent can learn it. Variation in the details is fine. Variation in the structure is what makes work hard to absorb.
02
Is your team, or someone you pay, already doing this work outside the strategic core?
Why it mattersIf it's already outsourced, or already buried in admin time, no one in your business sees it as the thing that makes you special. That's a sign it can be moved further out, to an agent, without breaking what matters.
03
Is there a clear right answer, or a tight range of acceptable ones?
Why it mattersA return is correct or it isn't. An invoice matches the PO or it doesn't. The narrower the band of acceptable outputs, the easier the work is to absorb confidently. Fuzzy judgement work stays with humans.
04
Does your customer measure success by the outcome, not by the hours?
Why it mattersIf your client cares that the return is filed on time and correct, not how long it took your team, then you can change how the work gets done without changing what they're paying for. That's where the economics open up.
05
Is the work expensive enough that doing it dramatically faster and cheaper would change your business?
Why it mattersIf the workflow is a real cost centre, meaningful staff time, meaningful spend, meaningful turnaround pressure, then absorbing it into an agent moves the needle. If it's a small cost in the corner of the business, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. We work on the workflows where the maths is obvious.
How we work

Three steps. From "show me" to "it's running."

It starts with the free assessment, which ranks the three workflows most ready to be absorbed. From there, three steps. Most agencies sell builds and walk away. We build the agent, we run the agent, and we answer for the work. Every engagement is a fixed-fee build and a monthly run fee to operate it.

Three-step timeline from diagnostic to compounding agents
01 / Diagnostic

Diagnostic Sprint

Prove the top workflow out.

The free assessment ranks your three most absorbable workflows. The Sprint takes the top one and proves it out: we embed with your team, validate it against real volumes and edge cases, and hand you a build plan.

  • Top workflow from your assessment
  • Validated against real volumes and edge cases
  • Build plan for the workflow
  • Fee credits 100% against the build
02 / Build

Build & Operate

We build it. We run it.
Fixed build fee · monthly run fee

We build the agent for the workflow we identified. We run it on our infrastructure. Your team handles the cases that need a human. Fixed fee for the build, then a monthly run fee to operate it.

  • Production agent built and shipped
  • SLA on outcomes shipped
  • We answer for the work
  • Fixed build fee, then a monthly run fee
03 / Scale

Expand & Compound

One agent working, find the next.
Each agent faster than the last

Once the first agent is shipping work reliably, we look at the next workflow and the next. Each one comes online faster than the last because we already understand your business. The compounding is the point.

  • Workflow #2 onwards
  • Faster builds (we know your stack)
  • Each agent compounds on the last
  • Quarterly business reviews
Why now

This wasn't possible eighteen months ago.

For years, the answer to "we're drowning in repetitive work" was either hire more people or buy more software. Both came with a catch. People are expensive and hard to retain. Software gives you a tool but leaves you doing the work.

Something changed in the last eighteen months. AI got good enough, in narrow, well-defined workflows, to do the work itself, not just help a person do it. The agent files the return. The agent reconciles the account. The agent handles the routine ticket. A person reviews and signs off.

It doesn't work everywhere yet. It works extremely well in workflows with clear inputs, clear outputs, and a tight band of right answers. That's the work we look for, and that's the work we build for.

The assessment · Free · 5 minutes

Tell us about your business. We'll find the work that doesn't need your team.

A 5-minute conversation with our agent, by voice or by text. Describe what your business does, answer four follow-up questions, and you'll get back the three workflows most ready to be absorbed, ranked.

No email gate. No download. No sales call before you see the answer.

Common questions

Most owners ask the same things first.

Will this replace my team?
No. The agent does the repetitive work that your team currently does despite being hired for something more valuable. Your best people stop doing admin and start doing the work that's actually hard. In every business we look at, the bottleneck is rarely too few people, it's people doing the wrong work.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
We design every agent with a human-in-the-loop checkpoint at the right moment, never on every action, but always before anything irreversible. We track accuracy from day one. If the agent is wrong, we know about it before you do, and we own the fix. That's what "we answer for the work" means in practice.
How is this different from buying AI software?
AI software gives you a tool that someone on your team has to learn, configure, and operate. We don't sell you a tool. We build the agent for your specific workflow, we run it on our infrastructure, and you pay for the work it does. You never log into anything. You never train anyone on it. The work just gets done.
How do you charge?
Two numbers. A fixed fee for the build, then a monthly run fee to operate the agent. You're not paying for licenses, and you're not paying us to learn on the job. The Diagnostic Sprint fee credits 100% against the build.
What about regulated work, tax, legal, healthcare?
We work in regulated industries. We design every agent with the assumption that a qualified human signs off before anything goes out the door. The agent does the preparation work, the part your professionals shouldn't be doing anyway, and the professional reviews and approves. The compliance posture stays exactly where it needs to be.
What if my workflow isn't ready to be absorbed?
The assessment will tell you. Sometimes the answer is "not yet", the workflow needs to be cleaned up, standardised, or properly measured before an agent can do it. In that case, we'll tell you exactly what would need to change, and you can decide whether it's worth the effort. We don't take engagements where the answer isn't already clear.
