A short survey to each person you named, before their call. Where the week goes, what keeps coming back, what they'd take off their plate tomorrow if they could. Ten minutes, honest answers, and it means no call starts cold.

Over the week, a recorded call with each of them. We don't pitch anything. We ask about their actual problems: yesterday's diary, the tasks they dread, where work piles up waiting on someone, and the one process they'd delete if they could.
