Essential
What every public site needs before an agent can use it.
- The site is reachable over HTTPS
- A real HTML body comes back, not an empty shell
- Title, H1, and meta description are present and not generic
- robots.txt exists and does not blanket-block useful agents
- A sitemap is published or linked
- A contact or booking path is linked
- An unknown path returns a real 404 or 410
- Main content is in the HTML a fetch can read
- Forms and buttons have accessible names where they exist
Recommended

- JSON-LD names the business. Organization, LocalBusiness, ProfessionalService, LegalService, or RealEstateAgent is a pass. Other JSON-LD is partial.
- Open Graph share metadata. og:title, og:description, and og:url.
- Documented API or MCP surface. n/a on a brochure site. A shop is not failed for missing OpenAPI.
